About the Role
Build high-performance, scalable backend systems to support AI product deployment at scale in international markets.
What You'll Do:
• Architect and implement high-performance asynchronous API systems (FastAPI + AsyncIO),ensuring system stability and response times in multi-store, cross-border deployment scenarios
• Designand execute migration paths from MongoDB to structured data warehouses(Snowflake), enabling customers to see real results with their tools
• Build sustainable backend foundations through type safety (Pydantic,Beanie), test coverage (Pytest),and engineering standards
• Optimize AWS architecture (ECS/Docker, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), balancing performance and cost

How We Work:
You'll collaborate closely with ML, frontend, and DevOps teams. We value finding the balance between technical ideals and business reality. We work in two-week sprints with continuous delivery—moving fast in small steps, getting features live for validation, then iterating based on real feedback.
Tech Stack:
Python 3.10+, FastAPI, AsyncIO, Pydantic, MongoDB (Motor), AWS (ECS/Docker, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch), GitHub Actions, Docker
What We're Looking For:
• 5+years of Python backend development experience with hands-on responsibility fordesigning and maintaining production systems
• Deep understanding of FastAPI/AsyncIO—familiar with asynchronous programming patterns, dependency injection, and middleware design
• Production MongoDB experience with understanding of document modeling tradeoffs, indexing strategies, and aggregation pipeline optimization
• AWS cloud architecture experience—proficient with ECS/Docker, Lambda, S3,CloudWatch
• Proficientin using AI tools to accelerate development (Windsurf, Claude Code, etc.)
